This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run a job efficiently, communicate clearly, and keep both customers and crew members confident throughout the process.
What you'll bring
- Prior experience as a foreman or lead mover (required)
- This role may require overnight travel for 2-day jobs or multi-day pickup schedules

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate in English
- CDL is a plus, not required
