About the role

Actively support our PLM software user base. This person will need to troubleshoot and will have admin access to the system to help resolved issues. Think of this as an IT support position, but specifically for a PLM software. Actively support the rollout of our process & system capabilities within the Life Sciences PLM platform and ensure long term sustainability/adherence. The Process & Systems support consultant will engage with local team as well as a virtual, cross-functional team, and drives clarity on support issues that arise.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards
• Demonstrated experience and functional knowledge of PLM related systems/tools
• Demonstrated experience/knowledge of Quality Management System related tools
• Demonstrated experience with regulations in the Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical industries
