About the role

Journey Clinical is hiring an NP/PA to conduct psychiatric intake evaluations and provide in-person monitoring for Spravato® (esketamine nasal spray) sessions hosted at partner therapist offices . This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys structured outpatient care, values patient experience, and wants to expand access to evidence-based treatment for depression. This role offers the opportunity to participate in the growing field of psychedelic and innovative mental health treatments in a flexible clinical environment.

What you'll bring

• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice
• Current, unrestricted DEA registration
• Willingness to register/associate your DEA registration to partner site address(es)
• as needed for Spravato® operations
• Comfort with outpatient monitoring and responding to clinical changes (e.g., blood pressure changes, anxiety, dissociation)
• Strong documentation skills and reliability with protocols
• Willingness to complete required program training (Spravato® REMS-related processes)
• Ideal candidates will have psychiatry experience
• ketamine/esketamine, TMS, infusion, or other monitoring workflows
