About the role

The purpose of this position is to blend raw materials to supply the Wheeling dry and bottled process areas with work-in-process that meets all specifications in a safe, efficient, and timely manner to minimize costs and to comply with food safety guidelines.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience blending, mixing, or batching products
• Successful completion of core competency training.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.
• Ability to make decisions using sound judgment based on available information.
• Completion of level appropriate skill blocks.
• Perform basic mathematical computations. (Add, subtract, multiply and divide, use percentages for computing batch sizes.
