PATIENT CARE DIRECTOR – INPATIENT CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY Step into this crucial role, responsible for directing and managing the daily operations of our Inpatient Child Psychiatry Unit as well as our Inpatient Adolescent Psychiatry Unit. Participate in short- and long-range strategic planning, and develop budgets for the units. Oversee case management/care coordination activities. Help maintain a nurturing environment that makes patients feel at home. Train, supervise and evaluate assigned staff. Regularly assess unit performance, and address opportunities for improvement, growth and advancement.
