About the role
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Haul Truck Drivers to operate large-capacity rock trucks in support of major road construction and earthworks projects throughout the Yukon. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging northern projects while operating some of the largest haulage equipment in the industry.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating large haul trucks in mining, road construction, quarry, or earthworks environments
- Ability to work in remote camp environments and on rotational schedules
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and environmental stewardship
- Mine site experience
- Experience working in northern or remote locations
- Ground disturbance, CSTS, WHMIS, or Common Safety Orientation certifications
- First Aid certification
- Experience operating rigid-frame haul trucks considered a strong asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (Class 1 or 3 considered an asset)
