About the role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in promoting the growth of Wendel’s Master Builder Services , where our Construction Management team delivers integrated design, procurement, and construction management solutions.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within A/E/C or Construction Management sectors
- Proven success securing large-scale projects and delivering strong client outcomes
- Deep knowledge of alternative delivery methods, contract structures, and industry trends
- Demonstrated ability to influence clients and key stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple assignments and priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Master’s degree a plus
