About the role

Stella’s is looking for Amazing Restaurant Supervisors to join our team! As a lead you will assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, leading the team during peak hours, completing inventory, ordering/receiving, and more! You will be focused on guest satisfaction and maintaining smooth flow of operations. The ideal candidate is a hardworking, dependable individual with strong leadership skills, who thrives in the fast pace of the restaurant industry.

What you'll bring

• Valid SmartChoices, Food Handler and WHMIS certification
• Full-time open availability
• FOH experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent communication skills &ndash
• listening, verbal and written
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
