About the role

We're looking for a  Training & Development Specialist to help build capability, confidence, and consistency across our Canadian Operations. In this role, you'll deliver impactful training programs that accelerate onboarding, strengthen technical expertise, support career development, and improve operational performance. You'll collaborate closely with leaders and associates to ensure training translates into real-world application, helping our teams perform accurately, efficiently, and compliantly in a dynamic customs and trade environment. • Completion of CCS Designation

• 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage, trade services, or a related operational environment.
• Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating learning programs is preferred.
