About the role
The Supervisor, Production is essential to the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality fan merchandise, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and overseeing daily production processes across manual and automated work centers. This position is responsible for the safety, quality, and timely execution of production operations — directing Production Specialists and Machine Operators, tracking output, monitoring quality standards, and collaborating with site leadership and planning teams to meet fulfillment goals. The Supervisor, Production delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. What you'll bring
- 3+ years of general production and/or machine operation experience, with proven experience in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and act on written instructions, delegate effectively, and motivate a diverse manufacturing team.
- Proficiency in data entry and software applications including Microsoft Suite and Infor Powerlink/FMS, with the ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Ability to accurately track production output, complete mathematical computations and measurements, inspect materials and finished products for defects, and apply PMS Color matching knowledge.
- Current or ability to maintain certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens and PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
- able to sit or stand for an entire shift, turn or bend, grip/grasp continuously, and push a cart.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
