About the role
The Trust Administrator serves as an administrative support professional for Advisor Solutions, to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by adhering to fiduciary policies and procedures. Serves as the primary interface with trust accounting systems and operations, and implements internal policies and procedures effectively. The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.

- Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning strategies, and income and estate tax matters.
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibits a sense of urgency and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work in a team orientated/matrix environment.
- Strong computer/technical skills required: Ability to use all Microsoft Office software, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CoPilot.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years fiduciary client service/sales experience preferred.
- CTFA or other professional designation, obtained or working toward, preferred.
