About the role
The Standard Wheel Loader / Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to support daily production, material handling, loading, unloading, and site operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow while ensuring compliance with company safety standards, DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and operational procedures.
What you'll bring
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in various weather and terrain conditions.
- Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify mechanical issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.

- Experience in construction, quarry, landfill, aggregate, mining, recycling, or industrial environments preferred.
