About the role
Join our team as a Program Quality Lead (PQL) supporting the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) TPY-2 program as part of Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike Business Unit of Raytheon Missiles and Defense in Woburn, MA. In this role, you'll drive a robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts. As the primary quality interface for customers and suppliers, you'll ensure the program meets all Quality & Mission Assurance requirements. This includes coordinating with functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and overseeing contracts consisting of software/system engineering development efforts and sustainment. You'll develop and monitor quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with integrated teams to enforce process rigor.
