About the role

We are hiring an Assistant Controller who will report to the Global Controller. This role offers career development opportunities across the finance function in a growing, private-equity owned CDMO.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CPA
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Working knowledge of accounting systems, month-end close processes data analysis and financial controls.
• Experience in an evolving, global, and high-growth business
• Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Team player and not afraid to speak up with a focus on collaboration and communication.
