About the role

We are looking for a Director of Food and Beverage who can lead with confidence, stay close to the floor, and bring out the best in an incredibly talented team. This role oversees the front of house operations for Barking Frog, Fireside Lounge, and in-room dining. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands fine dining, knows how to build a strong service culture, and can balance an exceptional guest experience with smart business decisions.

• A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for service
• Experience coaching, scheduling, supervising, and developing employees
• The ability to delegate effectively while remaining connected to the work
• Curiosity about new ideas, service trends, and opportunities to improve
• Confidence presenting information and working with employees, guests, vendors, and senior leaders
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card
