About the role
At Thundermist Health Center, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our Dental department — greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and making sure every visit starts and ends smoothly. You’ll handle registration, answer incoming calls, and keep accurate records so our clinical team can focus on delivering great care. If you’re organized, people-focused, and want your work to support health equity in our community, we want to hear from you. Reporting to the Dental Practice Manager, you’ll be the hub of daily operations at the front desk.
What you'll bring
- High school diploma or associate degree.
- Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
- A commitment to patient-centered service and Thundermist’s mission of caring for our community.
- You’ll need to be available for flexible scheduling based on coverage needs and may include shifts during the following hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- candidates must be available to work evenings and holidays as needed.
