About the role
Seaman Corporation is seeking a Marketing Events Manager to join our Commercial team! This position will report to the Sr. Strategic Marketing Manager in Wooster, Ohio. The Marketing Events Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and commercial growth across our global industrial markets. This role will manage Seaman Corporation’s presence at trade shows, customer and distributor events, product launch presentations, and industry conferences—ensuring a consistent, professional, and results-driven brand experience aligned with Seaman Corporation’s premium positioning. What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience managing marketing events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally
- flexible to work evenings or weekends as required
