About the role
Manager, Business Operational Excellence, AbbVie Bioresearch Center Inc., Worcester, MA (5 days a week on site).
What you'll bring
- Must have a Master's in bio(chemical) engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs related to drugs, biologics, medical devices or life sciences or other life sciences-related discipline & 3 years of experience driving operational improvements within the pharmaceutical &/or medical device industry.
- driving operational excellence in pharmaceutical &/or medical device manufacturing processes in a QA, QC, project management &/or engineering role
- (ii) working cross functionally with manufacturing stakeholders to drive manufacturing/operational improvements & resolving complex scientific, technical, analytical &/or business issues.
- Alternatively, would accept a Bachelors in bio(chemical) engineering, life sciences, regulatory affairs related to drugs, biologics, medical devices or life sciences or other life sciences-related discipline & 5 years of experience driving operational improvements within the pharmaceutical &/or medical device industry.
- With either combination of education & work experience, must have completed at least Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
- Work experience may be gained concurrently.
