About the role
CR’s Enterprise & Strategy team is the driving force behind our organization. This team leads our strategic vision and planning, overseeing initiatives that enhance our operational effectiveness, drive impact for consumers, improve the marketplace, and position CR for long term success. As Director, Strategic Initiatives , you’ll help CR chart new territory — developing, testing, and scaling business opportunities that extend our mission and create new sources of value. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial and thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from concept to action, and brings commercial instincts with purpose-driven ambition. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that will work closely with senior leaders across CR to shape our growth portfolio, incubate new models, and unlock opportunities that strengthen both our mission and business. You’ll combine big-picture thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to get new ideas off the ground. This position is hybrid. Candidates should reside within 75 miles of Yonkers, NY. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
