About the role

Kinsley is seeking a skilled Curb Machine Operator to join our construction team in York, PA. The ideal candidate will operate specialized curb machinery to place concrete curbs, sidewalks, and road edges according to project specifications. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor construction environments. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• punctuality required.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in alignment and finish quality.
• Ability to read blueprints, set grades, and verify elevations.
• Knowledge of proper vibrator, sensor, and mold placement.
• Proficient in string line setup and adjustment.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods, in all weather conditions, and on various terrain.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet production goals and deadlines.
