About the role

Kinsley Construction is expanding its asphalt crews within the Site Division and actively seeking qualified individuals for positions including paver operators, milling machine operators, and tack truck drivers. We seek motivated individuals with strong work ethics, positive attitudes, and a commitment to learning. Please note that this position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with Kinsley Construction policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• Ability to maintain all tools required for the position.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a good driving record.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement required for the Tack Truck Driver position.
• Knowledge of load weight requirements for the Tack Truck Driver position.
• Commitment to safety as a top priority, including compliance with company safety rules and wearing required PPE while on duty.
• Previous operating experience preferred, including the ability to read and follow construction site drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
