About the role

We are seeking a skilled, collaborative, and student-centered Special Education Teachers to provide traditional push-in and pull-out support for elementary students with IEPs. This teacher will deliver targeted instruction, support students in accessing grade-level content, manage a caseload, and collaborate closely with general education teachers, families, service providers, and school leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education or actively working toward certification.
• Experience working in urban school communities and a commitment to building strong relationships
• Strong understanding of IEP implementation, accommodations, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to deliver small-group, targeted, and differentiated instruction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, service providers, and families to support student success
• Ability to use student data to adjust instruction, monitor progress, and accelerate growth.
