About the role
Aderant is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its growing commercial contracting needs. This role offers direct responsibility for commercial transactions at a growing software company. You will work with Aderant's Sales, Finance, Product, Security, and Professional Services teams, and negotiate directly with legal and business teams representing leading law firms. You will gain broad experience with how software products are developed, sold, implemented, and supported. This position sits within Aderant's Legal Department and is based in Aderant's Atlanta headquarters, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.
