What you'll bring
- We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Finance & Investment Associate with 3-7 years' experience.
- Candidates must have a strong background in the origination of mortgage loans: commercial mortgage-backed securities, syndicated and portfolio.
- Excellent work experience, academic credentials and interpersonal skills are required.
- Experience with the sale and purchase of loans and subordinated debt and the negotiation of intercreditor agreements and loan participations is also helpful.
