About the role
We are seeking a qualified and business-oriented Legal Counsel – Banking, Finance & Corporate to support a broad range of corporate transactions, financing activities, and strategic legal initiatives. As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with business leaders, finance teams, external advisors, and regulatory stakeholders to manage complex legal transactions, ensure statutory compliance, and mitigate legal risks. You will play a key role in structuring financing arrangements, supporting mergers and acquisitions, reviewing commercial agreements, and advising on corporate governance while delivering commercially sound legal solutions.
