About the role
Remedy Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) for home health nursing jobs in Los Angeles ( SouthBay) – Torrance, Compton, Manhattan Beach and nearby communities . As a Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) , you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role is ideal for LVNs experienced or interested in home health, geriatric care, dementia care, and community-based nursing .
What you'll bring
- Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing • Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience • Experience with geriatric patients, senior care, or dementia care preferred • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills • Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR systems)
