About the role
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) team. In this role, you’ll provide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that serves as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
What you'll bring
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor’s degree)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, high-quality care
- Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals
- By joining Aspire Health and Community Services, you will make a direct impact supporting adults during times of behavioral health crisis, collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a newly renovated crisis stabilization program, and help individuals achieve stability and recovery in a compassionate, community-based setting.
- Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.
- Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
- One year of experience in an acute mental health and/or co-occurring disorders setting preferred
