What you'll bring

• Current LPN license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain).
• CPR/BLS/ACLS certification
• We are currently seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team at the Gaston County Jail.
• In this role, you will provide essential nursing care, support daily medical needs, and help ensure the smooth operation of patient care under the guidance of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• The ideal candidates will excel in delivering efficient, respectful, and high-quality care, making a meaningful difference in the well-being of all detainees.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is committed to delivering patient-centered care while respecting the dignity and rights of detainees.

• Has previous experience as an LPN and regularly administers medication.
