About the role
In this role, you will work closely with a global, cross-functional network across Asia, North America, and Europe, specifically partnering with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), and Direct Fulfillment (DF) teams. You will also collaborate internally with Global Supplier Management (GSM), New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain teams, component suppliers, and key Arista stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of progressive supply chain operations experience
- Track record of delivering excellence in projects
- Program management, communication, negotiating and influencing experience with a track record of achieving solid business results.
- Ability to work in a dynamic & ambiguous fast-paced environment.
- Top notch data management skill.
- Excellent in compiling and analyzing large data in excel.
- Self-motivated, experienced working as part of a global, cross-functional team who are located in Asia, North America & Europe time zones.
- Must be able to occasionally work outside of standard Malaysia business hours.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Travel ~10% a year
- Ideally candidates hold min 5 years of OEM experience.
