At Embed , we're looking for a highly organized and driven Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our global supply chain running smoothly. In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, support international shipments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As our Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day supply chain operations and ensuring products move efficiently through our network.
What you'll bring
- Occasional visits to third-party logistics facilities
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in warehouse environments as needed
- Flexibility to occasionally participate in early morning or evening meetings with international partners
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced business environment
- Exposure to domestic and international shipping processes
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms
