About the role

The Process Engineer will collaborate with Production Management and shop floor teams to drive continual improvements in production processes, equipment, and overall operational efficiency. Focusing on process optimization, the engineer will work to reduce waste, enhance product quality, and ensure safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of production while ensuring that all processes adhere to industry standards and company guidelines. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or significant experience within M&H.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify root causes of issues.
• Ability to analyze and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Positive attitude and commitment to the company’s mission, products, and employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals of various backgrounds and skill sets.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write clear and concise correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and team members.
• +3 years in CNC and/or Manual Assembly environments preferred
• Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and statistical process control (SPC) is preferred.
