About the role

GTI is seeking General Labor Associates to support sandblasting, surface preparation, and industrial coating operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment. This role is responsible for assisting with metal preparation, abrasive blasting support, coating operations, material movement, and maintaining clean and organized production areas throughout the fabrication facility. This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for candidates with manufacturing, industrial, construction, fabrication, painting, or general labor experience.

What you'll bring

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a physically demanding work environment
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to safely use industrial hand tools and power equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts
• Experience in manufacturing, production, construction, industrial, painting, blasting, or general labor environments preferred
• Experience with sandblasting, industrial painting, coatings, or surface preparation
• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production environments
• Familiarity with industrial PPE, respirators, and safety procedures
