What you'll bring

• Associate Degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 5 years of machine operator experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ability to perform data entry and basic calculations.
• Willingness to work every other weekend, rotating shifts, and holidays as scheduled.
• Able to work in high-temperature environments.
• technical certification or Trade School degree preferred.
• preferably in manufacturing or nonwoven production.
