About the role

In this role, the Manufacturing Engineer will develop, manage, and execute supporting documents, projects, and operational readiness related to the launch and production of the AP2 HA Washer Factory. The Manufacturing Engineer will act as a primary liaison for the AP2 factory and the development and support of equipment, tools, and operations. This position will primarily focus on the areas of Sheet Metal Transfer Stamping. This position will be a core team support member for safety, cost-saving, operational improvement, and quality KPI’s while driving continuous improvement throughout the facility. This position is 100% Onsite.

  • 5-7 years’ experience in an engineering role working with automated manufacturing equipment, processes, and production systems.
  • Leadership experience or technical proficiency in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, materials management, quality, procurement, or fulfillment.
  • Experience with large tonnage modern transfer stamping equipment, sheet feeders, part unload systems, and metal scrap conveyor systems
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering working with advanced automated stamping manufacturing equipment, processes, and production systems.
  • Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting/diagnostic experience
