About the role

As the Manufacturing Alignment Engineer (CVD/CMP), you will help shape how manufacturing happens across the network. You’ll build alignment programs, drive best‑known‑method adoption, and partner with technical teams worldwide to improve speed, quality, cost, and equipment performance.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience coordinating or leading site and global teams
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes
• AI proficiency and Leveraging AI for simplification and standardization
