About the role
The company LLC is seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in supporting and advancing our tissue production operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in process control systems, particularly Valmet DCS, with proven ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and program both legacy and modern control architectures. Experience with Quality Control Systems (QCS) and other DCS platforms such as ABB or Honeywell are strongly desired. This role ensures the mill runs safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards througheffective control system design, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring

- Strong working knowledge of Valmet DCS systems (required).
- Experience with QCS platforms (e.g., Valmet, ABB) and their integration with DCS
- Proficiency in Valmet control loop programming

- Proven ability to manage legacy system platforms and drive system upgrade initiatives.
- Solid understanding of control theory, instrumentation, and automation best practices.
