This is a critical role with a direct impact on robot performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability, and total lifecycle cost. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in battery pack integration, packaging, and mounting with broad mechanical engineering experience and a proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional hardware programs from concept through production. What you'll bring

• 7+ years of experience developing complex mechanical systems from concept through production.
• Demonstrated experience integrating lithium-ion battery systems into production products.
• Battery packaging and mechanical integration
• Structural design and mounting systems
• Thermal management and cooling strategies
• Environmental sealing and durability
• Serviceability, manufacturability, and assembly design
• Experience designing for dynamic loading environments including vibration, shock, and impact.
• Experience performing tolerance analysis, root cause investigations, and design validation.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Siemens NX, or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Experience collaborating across electrical, firmware, manufacturing, and systems engineering disciplines.
• Experience supporting products through prototype, validation, and production.
