About the role

Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (0–5 years’ experience) to join our growing team. This role will support the design, procurement, and fabrication of equipment for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, as well as emerging renewable energy projects. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of project execution — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to procurement support, fabrication, and field execution. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs.

What you'll bring

• B.S. in Mechanical, Petroleum Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8–15 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work multiple projects, work overtime as needed, and travel 10–20% (typical) or as required by project.
• Commitment to company core values: quality, integrity, customer commitment, innovation, and culture.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience in LNG/cryogenic facilities, renewable natural gas (RNG), or CO₂ capture/storage.
• Offshore experience
