What you'll bring
- You must have an active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Alabama state
- Active DEA and individual NPI number
- Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
- Collaborating/supervising physician agreement, or willing to obtain one
- Independent liability insurance
- minimum coverage amount required is $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
Benefits
Compensation: $110 per initial session with a new patient referral (Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examination - 45-60 min)$30-$85 per follow-up session with an established patient, depending on the length of the session (Evaluation and Management - 10-49 min)
