About the role

This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states. Ideal candidates will hold five or more active state licenses. Shift scheduling is managed by our team (this is not a self-scheduling role), but we always do our best to take your personal preferences into consideration. Final hours and specific shift times will be confirmed a few weeks prior to your official start date.

What you'll bring

• Active RN compact license
• Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
• Active multi-state licensure
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
• Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
• Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
• Maintain active Medicare status - In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs
