(1st & 2nd Shift) • $7,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $3,500 sign-on bonus for part-time (3rd Shift) • Outstanding benefits including f ree on-site health clinic dedicated for staff • Access to community amenities • Up to $12,000/year towards continuing education* Schedule Availability: • 3rd Shift Part-Time, Every Other Weekend and every other holiday required • 3rd Shift Full-Time, Every Other Weekend and every other holiday required Core Responsibilities Include: • Administer medications and assist with wound care • Assist with obtaining and processing orders • Assessments • Check vital signs • Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care • Provide encouragement, emotional support, and communication for residents and their loved ones • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team • Assist with resident care needs • Provide appropriate documentation Position Requirements: • Active North Carolina CNA certification • Active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification • CPR certified.
