About the role
Are you a socially savvy student at Clemson University looking for an internship to hone your marketing skills and build your portfolio? This position will support the leasing and marketing efforts for our new student housing development, Rambler Clemson, located near Clemson University in Clemson, SC. This is a remote position, in that you will have the flexibility to work from home (or a coffee shop, or the library, etc.) and that you will report to the corporate office located in Austin, Texas. However, it is crucial that you be located on-site at Clemson University in order to perform the duties required of this position.
What you'll bring
- Currently attending Clemson University, in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree
- Must reside in Clemson, SC
- Strong grasp of social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok
- a Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite license will be provided
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Prioritizes work and asks for direction when overwhelmed or uncertain
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills
- Experience working in WordPress
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
