Amazing Athletes is looking for an exceptional coach to join our founding team as we expand throughout Colorado Springs. This isn't just another coaching position. We're building one of the area's premier youth enrichment programs, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We're searching for someone who naturally connects with young children and brings energy into every room. This role requires a big personality—if you're uncomfortable leading with enthusiasm, energy, and confidence, this position is probably not the right fit.

What you'll bring

• You must be a natural leader who can walk into a room of preschoolers, quickly earn their attention, and confidently lead a fun, engaging class independently from day one.
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Colorado Springs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Ability to demonstrate movement and participate actively during classes
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
• Early Childhood Education (ECE)
• Preschool or Pre-K Teaching
• Elementary Education
• Child Development
