About the role

We seek a Courier to join our team in Idaho Falls , ID. This is a part-time position, Monday-Friday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Additional hours as needed. The Courier is responsible for picking up and delivering a variety of materials, such as documents, supplies , cash-related items, and the U.S. Mail. The position establishes or receives daily schedule assignments which may require adjustments for rush orders, cancellations, or geographically more efficient routes. In the event that a delivery or pick-up cannot be made, this position must notify all parties involved or make arrangements to meet the schedule.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong bookkeeping skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to ask for help when appropriate.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in an office, Title, Escrow, or Banking is a plus!
