About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team on a part-time basis at Orange Youth Academy in Orlando, FL.

What you'll bring

• Must hold a valid state license as a Psychiatrist.
• One to two years of experience in direct-care delivery of treatment or clinical services
• Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of staff and residents in a participatory management environment.
• Must be able to assist staff in restraining youth using approved behavior management techniques.
• Must be free of communicable diseases as required by the state.
• Experience in residential DJJ programs, offender treatment programs, group work modalities, child welfare, and substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• PAR certification preferred.
• plus one year of supervisory experience preferred.
