About the role

The Guest Services Associate is an essential role at The Portland Girl. This position is designed to assist the management team, ensure clients are made to feel welcome, and support estheticians so they can do their best work. This is an 18+ position.

What you'll bring

• Genuine interest in natural products, organic skincare, and social responsibility.
• Ability to do basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• You love pleasing customers and making sure their day is brighter at the studio.
• Devotion to detail- we strive for perfection, and need your eye to help!
• Ability to work weekends and evenings if needed - at least 25 to 30 hours/week.
