About the role
The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals. The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed. This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing. The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.

- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
