About the role
Dakota Dental 4 Kids is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team. The RDH is responsible for providing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the dentist in delivering high-quality patient care.
What you'll bring
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and periodontal therapy
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental software and digital charting preferred
- Experience in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, or periodontal care preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
