JOB SUMMARY Provide clinical supervision to all BBS registered staff, student interns, including individual and group supervision, clinical assessment guidelines, in-service training, and clinical consultation. Collaborate with participating schools. RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. • Weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision for BBS registered staff and interns. Other staff and interns as assigned. • Clinical assessment guidelines, clinical assessment skills reviews and consultation resource. • Collaborate with schools, attend required training, maintain communication, and reports. • Provide in-service training and ensure client clinical needs are being met. • Review staff charting for completeness and compliance with standards of care. • Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services. • Maintain confidentiality of client’s care. • Participate in scheduled program meetings. • Other relevant duties as assigned. • Carry clinical and administrative supervisory responsibilities for 1-2 MST teams of 2-4 therapists each • Conduct weekly group supervision and training for MST team to assure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytic process, and to assure clinician competency in implementation of interventions • Conduct individual supervision as needed to target clinician competency needs and to remove individual barriers to effective implementation of MST treatment. • Assure availability of clinical and administrative support to clinicians 24 hours/day, 7 days/week • Collaborate with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the provider agency • Promote and educate about MST with both internal and external stakeholders • Generate and manage case referrals and manage clinician caseloads • Collaborate actively with MST Expert around implementation of MST by the program, and to ensure continued development of own clinical skills and knowledge of relevant research • Manage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practices • Deliver MST to a caseload of 1-2 families, as required to address program needs QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s degree and current CA BBS license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required. • Two years clinical experience post-licensing required. • Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required. • Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred. • Cultural competency understanding required. • Bilingual preferred. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred. • If substance use disorder program a negative tuberculosis test (TB) is conducted under licensed medical supervision within 45 working days of hire or within 5 working days of employment and valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification upon hire or within 90-days of employment.
