About the role
Tandem Care is hiring caregivers for our Targeted Care team. This role is ideal for caregivers who are specifically looking for morning hours and enjoy staying active throughout the day. We're currently hiring caregivers who are looking for to work between 8am-6pm , Monday through Friday.
What you'll bring
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration in California

- Consistent availability Monday-Friday (more availability = more hours)
- iPhone or Android smartphone (work apps are required)
- Active driver's license, auto insurance with yourself listed as the driver and your own car to transport clients in
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task (quick, reliable responses are expected)
